US Citizens:

- Valid passport
- Return travel tickets
- Documents for next destination
- Sufficient funds are required

Canadian Citizens:
(One of the following is needed)
- Passport
- Birth certificate + picture ID

Other Things to Know
- All others including European Union Citizens must have a passport.
- Passports of US and Canadian citizens that expired less than five years ago are acceptable for entry on St. Maarten
- All tourists must have a return ticket or an onward ticket to a foreign destination, and must indicate a local address on their immigration forms.
