• All others including European Union Citizens must have a passport.
• Passports of US and Canadian citizens that expired less than five years ago are acceptable for entry on St. Maarten
• All tourists must have a return ticket or an onward ticket to a foreign destination, and must indicate a local address on their immigration forms.
